 Salmon Kebabs

Salmon Kebabs with onions and tomatoes. Served with homemade tarragon aioli.

 Yellow Saffron Rice

Dusted with paprika and served with Meyer Lemon wheels.

 Vegetable Kebabs

Mushrooms, baby tomatoes, onions, and zucchini dusted with Mediterranean spices.

 Harissa Hummus Cups

Homemade hummus dusted with spices and drizzled with cold pressed olive oil. Served with individual bags of fresh baked pita chips.

 Basbousa Cake

Semolina cake with spiced syrup and almonds

Aladdin Buffet Reception will be set up buffet style.

All Buffets include: Basic Buffet Setup w/ Tables & Linen, Chafing Dishes & Serving Utensils, Premium Disposable Plates, Utensils & Napkins

Additional 20% will be added for Delivery and setup. Sales tax will be added.

Please keep in mind:

* Room rental is required for any of the banquet options, whether you bring your own food or have us provide the catered meal.

* Alcohol can only be provided by our licensed alcohol caterer, you will not be able to provide your own.

* You will be able to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages.
